Identify a piece of hydraulic equipment you work with (or consider our scissor lift design example).
Complete a risk assessment for your own equipment/workplace and see how it compares with the company one. It's always good to continuously review your working environment to make sure working practices are as safe as they can be.
The risk assessment steps shall include:
Step 1: Identify hazards.
Step 2: Decide who may be harmed, and how.
Step 3: Assess the risks and take action.
Step 4: Make a record of the findings.
Step 5: Review the risk assessment.
